When your body tells you to take a break, you listen

Wednesday morning I woke up feeling not quite right. I experienced a slight pain in my back while doing deadlifts the night before, but it wasn't quite bad enough to make me quit. Looking back I probably should have. I had mild spinal pain for a couple days so I took three days off to rest. Saturday it was still a little stiff but decided to do a light workout. I began my hypertrophy/strength phase. It looked like this...
Saturday's Workout:
Incline Dumbbell Press: 3x12-15@70lbs 1min rest
Dumbbell Pullovers: 3x12 - 2@70,1@110lbs
Pullups: 3x12
Alternating Bicep Curls: 3x10- 1@50,1@55,1@60
Triceps pushdowns- 3x12 @ 150lbs

It felt good to loosen up and push a little weight.
