I was debating if I should train today. My hands are still pretty jacked up and I have a little soreness hanging around in my left rhomboid. Other than that I was feeling pretty good so I decided to go for it.
Today's Workout
Heavy KB 32kg / Light KB 24kg
10 heavy jerks - 10 light jerks, 9 heavy - 9 light.....1 heavy, 1 light (all with the right arm first) = 110 one arm jerks right side. 110 one arm jerks left side
Timed both sides (8:59) each.
Circuit: 32kg
Swings - Squats - Burpees - Jerks (each side)
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

I did all jerks with the right first, so 110 jerks on the right, followed by 110 jerks on the left
