Sunday a Funday

I was planning on taking today off, but since I was at the gym anyway putting in the new bench press I figured I might as well do something. I decided to get a few power sets in so I loaded up the olympic bar with bumper plates, played some motivating music from the Rocky soundtrack, and had at it.
Today's Workout:
10 Olympic Cleans @135
8 Olympic Clean and Jerks @ 135
4 Olympic Clean and Jerks @ 225
10 Olympic Cleans @ 225
many attempted cleans @ 275 - was getting it plenty high enough, just wasn't catching it right.
2-32kg / 5 minute Jerk Set @ 7rpm
