Monday 3/23/09 (Day 1)

Calluses haven't been an issue for me for awhile now. My hands held up fine for the Arnolds, but of course on day 1 of training this happensI guess I deserve it though. I haven't cut them down for a solid month. Oh well training went well today. I was fighting off a pinched nerve in my neck, but I don't think it really affected my lifts.
Today's Workout:
2-arm jerk / 2-32kg
4minute set @ 7rpm
Snatches / 1-32kg
1min on 1 min off for 8min each side. Right side first @ 18rpm each minute
